SET — Ship Exactly This

SET takes a specification and delivers merged, tested features — fully autonomous. Multiple Claude Code agents work in parallel across git worktrees, supervised by a sentinel with 7 quality gates, self-healing, and persistent memory.

Working independently — fully focused on AI since early 2026, after leaving all prior engagements. Previously Technical Lead at Zengo, building production agentic systems on the Claude/Anthropic stack.

Perspective

What I see happening

The shift

The way we paid for software, the way we thought about building it — that ended in November 2025. We're building what comes next. Nobody knows exactly where this goes. Anyone who claims otherwise isn't being honest.

The workforce

90% of current IT roles will transform. Not disappear — transform. Different skills, different roles, different knowledge. The sooner we accept this, the sooner we turn it into an advantage.

Why build at the frontier

The middleware problem is real — hardware and model providers may eat this layer from both sides. But you only understand where technology is heading by building at the edge. They call it the bleeding edge for a reason — it hurts. Standing on the sideline is not a strategy.

Enterprise AI

On-premise deployment, multi-tenant architectures, new methods for critical systems — government, defense, healthcare. AI is the Wild West where only startups move fast. That window won't stay open forever.

Pandora's box

There has never been a moment of change like this in computing. Breathtaking and threatening in equal measure. We've already opened it. The only path is forward — eyes wide open, with responsibility.
